Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia
How are they linked and what can you do to eliminate them?
Panic disorder, anxiety and agoraphobia are directly linked!
Agoraphobia and panic disorder are both symptoms of an anxiety disorder.
You might have been told that agoraphobia, anxiety and panic disorder are all separate conditions but this actually incorrect, they are symptoms! Think about it, how could panic disorder or agoraphobia exist without anxiety? They can't! Anxiety is ALWAYS present along side panic disorder and agoraphobia, so anxiety disorder is the condition which causes panic disorder and agoraphobia! IT MAKES SENSE!
The underlying anxiety disorder which causes your panic disorder (panic attacks) and your agoraphobia is caused when the Amygdala, a small organ in the brain which controls and stores the anxiety reaction, becomes 're-set' after experiencing heightened anxiety repeatedly over time, this is called operant conditioning. The Amygdala 'learns' new, anxious behavior and re-sets at this new level. It is this which causes your panic disorder, agoraphobia and high anxiety.
So, any successful treatment has to directly address the Amygdala, and this can be done very quickly and simply with PERMANENT results!
Over 147,353 people have, to date, used this technique to undermine and eliminate their panic disorder, agoraphobia, anxiety and phobias, if you use it, it works, it's that simple.
