In November 1993 I was referred to a consultant psychiatrist for assessment. The letter below (which may be a little slow to load) was the result of that meeting. I hope it gives you some insight into what I went through during my anxiety disorder.
Also, below, is a letter from a Psychiatrist at my hospital after an ER session and also an invoice showing the bi-weekly costs of the sessions that I attended with a Consultant Psychologist. What a waste of time and money!
