Why do you get panic attacks?

What are the symptoms caused by?

Allow me to fully explain the truth about why you experience panic attacks symptoms and high anxiety

Dear anxiety sufferer,

my name is Charles Linden and I suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for over 27 years of my life.

In 1997 I discovered a way to cure these disorders and since then, I have helped many thousands of people to recover. I now have a team of the most amazing anxiety reocvery specialists who help me to bring this program to the anxiety sufferers of the world.

Let me first explain that panic attack symptoms affect every sufferer in different ways; however, there is a small group of symptoms which are common to most sufferers.

Panic attacks symptoms and the degree to which they affect the sufferer, are dependent on a number of factors, the most important of which being age, genetic makeup and fitness level.

But how long you have suffered from panic attack symptoms is irrelevant as is the intensity of the symptoms.

Common panic attacks symptoms include:

  • Shortness of breath or smothering sensations
  • Chest pain
  • Palpitations and/or racing heart
  • Sweating
  • Shaking
  • Dizziness
  • Muscle pains or tingling
  • Upset stomach
  • Urgency to urinate
  • Tinnitus
  • Visual disturbances
  • Dry mouth
  • Sense of impending doom
  • Fear of dying or losing consciousness
  • Fear of going mad
  • Facial numbness
  • Generalised anxiety
  • Agoraphobia or social phobia
  • Low self esteem
  • Concerns about health and constant worrying that there is 'something else' wrong

Whilst all of these panic attacks symptoms are intense, to say the least, they are all perfectly harmless and are simply the extreme manifestation of high anxiety, a response which has developed in all animals as part of their 'fight or flight' defence mechanism.

Many people find the physical panic attacks symptoms more difficult to manage than the psychological issues, whilst many people find the psychological symptoms more disturbing.

Psychological panic attacks symptoms can cause the sufferer to feel very low indeed, however, it must be remembered that constant symptoms and the restrictions which sufferers place on themselves in order to try to control their symptoms can be very frustrating.

Depression is not a symptom of panic attacks, so the sadness, frustration or desperation you are feeling is a perfectly appropriate response to your disorder.

How are panic attacks symptoms formed?

Initial panic attacks symptoms are caused mostly by the release of the hormone adrenalin by the adrenal glands. This hormone helps to prepare the body to either fight or run from danger, but in the case of panic attacks and panic disorder, this response happens even when there is no danger present and as the adrenalin in the blood is not 'used up' appropriately by running or fighting, it starts to cause a build up of intense panic attack symptoms.

As these panic attack symptoms grow, the body goes through a number of physiological changes in the circulatory, digestive and respiratory systems in the body which also produce unusual and sometimes frightening symptoms.

Fear causes fear...

These panic attacks symptoms cause the sufferer to become more scared, on a subconscious level, as the mind determines that the symptoms are a risk, which causes more adrenalin to be released and the cycle starts over again.

Does that make sense?

Please understand this, it's vital to your recovery

High anxiety causes a panic attack, the panic attack symptoms cause you to worry, this causes more anxiety as the panic attack symptoms are assessed to be risk by your subconscious and so on.

Fear causes panic attack symptoms, causing fear, causing symptoms.... the crazy cycle of fear!

A panic attack happens in order to release or 'use up' adrenalin - panic attacks symptoms are like a release valve on a pressure cooker.

It is not difficult to see how the initial catalyst for high anxiety which causes panic attacks, can become irrelevant once the cycle of fear, panic, panic attack symptoms, fear... and so on is formed. At this point, a 'one off' panic attack becomes panic disorder and the behaviours which fuel it cause a raft of physical and psychological symptoms that can be very disturbing indeed. I know, I had thousands of panic attacks over 27 years!

One of my clients was Jemma Kidd. Below is a video of Jemma on ITV's Lorraine show during which she tells Lorraine Kelly how she recovered using my program.

Is there a treatment for panic attacks symptoms?

Panic attack symptoms can be cured by eliminating the cycle of panic that fuels them which is caused by the anxious cycle in which a sufferer becomes trapped.

Panic attack symptoms are dependent on the body producing adrenalin and the release of adrenalin is dependent on the sufferer perceiving danger and creating high anxiety.

It's just so simple...

A structured program which undoes and removes these behaviours and beliefs will remove the inappropriate anxious reaction and provide a complete solution to panic attacks and all the symptoms they carry with them.

Panic attacks symptoms can be cured simply and naturally using a program that has been used by every single recovered sufferer since the dawn of time; it's the body's own anxiety reduction mechanism.

EVERY single person who has EVER suffered and recovered HAD TO go through this process!

The anxiety reduction system in your mind is temporarily 'stuck on' but by following this simple technique, we can show you how to force it to switch off - switching off all of you panic attacks symptoms, permanently.

My wife and I love what we do because we create recovery and we help epople who have been told that anxiety management and coping strategies are the only option... it's just not true. You can call my team at any time and you will discover that they are the most incredible resource, friends and guides as you commence your anxiety reocvery journey using my program.
