- What is The Linden Method?
I am asked this question probably about two dozen times a day by doctors, psychologists, journalists and clients.
In a nutshell, The Linden Method is the roadmap that outlines the journey I discovered and then traveled in order to reverse the production of my inappropriate anxiety an the program I have now used to do the same for 113,819 clients.
So, essentially, The Method is a map - a map that you can follow to travel that same route. The Method includes audio, video and printed material which initially reassures you, educates you, motivates you, then eliminates your anxiety.
It is so simple to do... all you do is watch, read and listen to the material and the changes happen naturally with so little effort.

The Linden Method is unique because of four factors:
- The content is completely different to anything else available, the 'multi-faceted' approach is complete and leaves no holes through which your anxiety can escape and reinvade your life
- No other anxiety elimination method targets the 'root cause' of the anxiety at its source in the Amygdala in the subconscious mind; other 'programs teach anxiety management... you don't need to 'manage' your anxiety, you need to beat it!

- Will The Linden Method work for me?
Put it this way; if you have inappropriate anxiety, panic, OCD, phobias, stress or depression it will work.

- It is easy to follow?
The Linden Method couldn't be easier to follow! All you do is read a little, watch a little, listen a little and implement a few simple rules. No writing, no anxiety diaries, no leaving the comfort of your own chair!
- How much time will I need to spend each day using the Linden Method?
Once you have read the manual, listened to the CDs and watched the DVD (which can all be done over a few days or all in one day) you don't have to do anything more than implement a few changes to your routine and watch the recovery happen.
- What age range is The Linden Method suitable for?
The Linden Method can be used by anyone of any age. However, for children under 15 years, it is advisable for an adult to oversee and implement the Method pack with the child.
The Linden Method Junior pack is for use with children between the ages of 6 and 13. If you should wish to use The Linden Method with children younger than 6 years, please call our customer services department for more specific advice.
- Is The Linden Method available in languages other than English?
The Linden Method pack is currently available in English, Spanish, German and Danish languages. We continue to develop other language versions, which go live as development ends.
- Is the Linden Method related to any religious beliefs?
No. Following The Linden Method does not require you to abandon or subscribe to any religious beliefs. It is a proven, practical methodology to release you from anxiety.
- My doctor/psychologist is against using The Linden Method - Do I belong to the 3.3% it won't work for?
Of course it would be great if your doctor or psychologist knew what The Linden Method is and how much it will benefit you, however, they can't know everything.
Whilst many of our referrals come from doctors, psychologists, counsellors and other healthcare professionals, we could never expect every practitioner to refer to us and know what we are all about.
Ultimately, The Linden Method will not interfere with other solutions you might be pursuing and when you reach the point of feeling so much better using The Method, your doctor will be well aware of its capabilities.
The decision whether to use The Linden Method or not, is yours but you can do so safe in the knowledge that you will be doing so under supervision and support of qualified counsellors and psychologists under the careful watch of Charles Linden and that ultimately, if The Linden Method doesn't work for you, you can have a full refund at any time within 12 months.

There is no difference in content, only in delivery method. If you prefer to receive the manual and be able to take it with you anywhere, the printed pack may be the best option. If you prefer to print out the manual yourself, the download version will do just fine, it's entirely your choice.
- What payment options are available?
You can pay using a credit or debit card, Paypal, personal check or using our easy 4-installment plan.
- Can I pay for my order in staged payments?
We have implemented a simple to use 4-installment payment plan.

Receiving The Linden Method
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard deliveries usually arrive within 10 working days. We also offer an express delivery option (at a small additional charge) - in this case you should receive your order within 3 working days.
- How will the Printed version be delivered?
Your order will be packaged on the day of purchase and shipped via express, signed-for delivery the same day.
You will be forwarded to download all the material, if you wish, whilst you wait for the pack to arrive by mail.
Download versions will be made available immediately and the backup CDs dispatched the same day. Delivery is usually within 2 working days.
- How do I actually download the Download version?
You will be immediately redirected to The Linden Method download page where you can follow simple instructions to download all of the material. It couldn't be easier and help is always available should you require it.
- Will I need to download the files again if I accidentally delete them?
No, when you buy Download version, we will send you a back-up CD containing all the download files in the mail. Simply load the files from the CD to restore them.

We are available 24/7 by email and telephone to answer any of your questions, or just to talk through your specific issues. We also have dedicated technical support staff if required. - How long will support be available to me as a Linden Method client?
Your support period lasts for 365 days... by which time, if you comply, you will be way past your recovery and resuming normal routines.

- Who do I contact for support using the method?
Login for assistance using the method within your 12 month support period. When emailing, please include your Order ID number so that we can verify your details. You can also telephone for support on +44 (0)1562 742004, again please have your Order ID number to hand for verification.
- What is my Order ID?
Your Order ID will be inside the welcome email we sent to you when you first joined The Linden Method. It is a series of 5 or 6 numbers, please do not get confused with your Transaction ID.
- What is my password for the Linden Method manual?
The password for your downloadable Linden Method manual will have been emailed to you inside the welcome email we sent to you when you first joined The Linden Method. Passwords are unique to each client. Please keep this safe, as we will be unable to provide passwords to you again after your 12 month support period has ended.
- I am having problems logging into to the downloads page
To log in to the downloads page, you should visit the Download Area and enter your Linden Method Order ID and the email address you used when you became a client. Should this fail, an error message should appear explaining the problem. In case of further difficulties, please contact us.
- I am having problems downloading the files
We recommend you download the files to a safe location on your computer as soon as possible - this will save you having to visit the downloads page repeatedly. To download the files, you should log in to the download page, then download each file in turn by right clicking on the file with your mouse and choosing "Save Target As". You can then download the file to a folder of your choosing on your computer. To open the files, simply find the folder that you downloaded the files to, and double click them with your mouse to open them.
- I have emailed you but not had any reply.
We aim to respond to emails within one working day, however if you do not receive a reply to your email within 3 days please email again as the original email may have been lost. It is a good idea to check any spam filters/inboxes on your email account as your internet service provider and/or spam filter software is incorrectly marking our emails as spam. We recommend, if possible, adding the domain panic-anxiety.com to your whitelisted emails to enable them to flow through to you without issue. If the above is not possible - perhaps you can try emailing us from another email account. Finally, you can also telephone for support on +44 (0)1562 742004, again please have your Order ID number to hand for verification.
- I did not receive my Order confirmation email?
Please contact us and confirm your email address, and we can have the welcome/download email sent by our system again.
- I cannot open the audio files?
The audio files are in MP3 format. They should open without issue on most computer audio player software packages. For ease of use, we recommend using Windows Media Player. Please make sure you have the very latest version of your audio player software before playing our audio files - free upgrades are usually available from the software companies websites.
- How do I transfer the audio files to my MP3 player?
As we provide MP3 audio files, it should be very easy for you to transfer them over to your MP3 player (Ipod etc.) Most MP3 players ship with a software package that allows you to import MP3 files on to the player. Please refer to the documentation with your MP3 player with details on how to do this. As there are so many different MP3 players and software packages on the market, it is difficult for us to provide support doing this.
- How will the payment appear on my card?
Payments to us will appear as "WP-Lifewise", "WorldPay - Lifewise Publishing", or similar. We use WorldPay as our payment processor.
