100% Anxiety & Panic Attacks recovery is not only possible but guaranteed, fast and permanent if you know how.
What is the TRUE definition of recovery?
I KNOW you want to recover from your anxiety but what does recovery mean? We show you how to deal with anxiety.
William Anthony, Director of the Boston Center for Psychiatric Rehabilitation defines mental health recovery as:
“A deeply personal, unique process of changing one’s attitudes, values, feelings, goals, skills and/or roles. It is a way of living a satisfying, hopeful, and contributing life even with limitations caused by the illness. Recovery involves the development of new meaning and purpose in one’s life as one grows beyond the catastrophic effects of mental illness.”
So - this qualified expert either doesn't believe that anxiety recovery is possible... OR... he does know it exists but he doesn't know how to create it!
Over the years, we have spoken to many anxiety specialists who would agree with the above definition and many who would add that true recovery is impossible and that ‘management and coping strategies are the best we could hope for”.
Recovery DOES exist and we see it every single day.
Most clients come to The Linden Method with the belief that their anxiety disorder is ‘incurable’ which has been reinforced by their healthcare practitioners.
We show you how to deal with Anxiety .Our definition of anxiety recovery based on 14 years and 150,000 plus clients is entirely different.
We define anxiety recovery in 14 points:
- No longer experience high anxiety on a regular basis
- No longer have panic attacks or any symptoms
- No longer restricting your geographic movements
- No longer procrastinating due to anxious thoughts
- No longer experience depersonalization or derealization
- No longer have inappropriate anxious thoughts
- No longer have a sense of fear or doom
- No longer visit the doctor for reassurance
- No longer take anxiety medication
- No longer give anxiety any conscious thought EVER
- Total return to normal behaviours and thoughts pre-anxiety disorder
- Enhanced life experience and sense of fulfillment
- Ability to manage and overcome change and difficulties
- Enhanced sense of focus and meaning in every aspect of life
Over the last 14 years and 150,000 clients we have watched as clients with low level anxiety to extreme panic disorder with OCD and agoraphobia and a wide range of debilitating symptoms, make full and permanent recoveries.
We call this ‘returning to their birth pre-set anxiety level’.
Our definition of ‘birth pre-set’ is as follows:
“The genetic pre-set level of anxiety as determined by a person’s genome (genetic makeup) and not that dictated by the connectome. (what they learn during their lives)”
Many people believe they have become anxious due to illness or some sort of frailty, but that is not the case.
We have found that a person is born with a predisposition to developing a high anxiety condition due to a specific intellectual makeup which is predetermined by genetic factors.
This predisposition is not, as commonly thought, a weakness, in fact, it is our experience that anxious people, once recovered, become, not only, better than they have ever been, but also, significantly greater than the majority of their peers.
This predisposition is a gift not weakness.
The intellectual resource which fuels high anxiety provides us with a foundation on which to create speedy anxiety recovery but also to use our life coaching skills in order to create dramatic changes in a patient’s view of themselves and their life path.
Many of our ex clients, regardless of the severity of their anxiety condition, go on to do amazing things.
You are great... you just haven't yet exposed that greatness... that's what we are here for!
