1. About this website
panic-anxiety.com is an educational resource operated by The Linden Method Ltd. This site provides general information about anxiety disorders and links to The Linden Method protocol. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Educational content
All content on this site is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about your mental health or medical condition.
3. Links to The Linden Method
This site contains links to thelindenmethod.co.uk and its order page. Purchases made through these links are governed by The Linden Method's own terms and conditions, including the payment and refund policy set out below.
4. Payment & Refund Policy — Digital Educational Materials
All payments are final. The Linden Method is a digital educational product. Upon purchase, access to all protocol materials is granted immediately, and the content is therefore deemed fully delivered at the point of access. All sales are final under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), which provide an exception to the statutory right of cancellation where delivery of digital content has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent before the cancellation period expires.
By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) you have requested and received immediate access to digital content; (b) you understand and accept that this removes your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; and (c) all payments are non-refundable except as set out in the Goodwill Guarantee below.
Goodwill Guarantee — 50% Partial Refund
As a gesture of goodwill, a 50% partial refund of the purchase price is available under the following strict conditions:
- You have followed The Linden Method protocol and do not feel significantly calmer within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Your refund request is submitted no earlier than 30 days and no later than 40 days after your purchase date. Requests submitted outside this window — whether before 30 days or after 40 days — will not be considered under any circumstances.
- All refund decisions are final once 40 days have elapsed from the date of purchase. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.
Where a 50% refund is issued, you will retain full access to the protocol for the remainder of your original membership period. To request a refund under this policy, contact questions@thelindencentre.org within the window specified above, stating your order reference and purchase date.
Lifetime Access — Account Deactivation Policy
The Lifetime Access plan grants membership to The Linden Method for the lifetime of the member. The following inactivity policy applies exclusively to Lifetime Access memberships:
- 3-year inactivity: If your account has not been accessed for a continuous period of 3 years, your membership may be deactivated. You will be notified by email before any deactivation takes place.
- 5-year deletion: If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 5 years, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
"Accessed" means logging in to your member portal or Circle community account. Contact questions@thelindencentre.org if you believe your account has been incorrectly deactivated.
