All sales are final under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), which provide an exception to the statutory right of cancellation where delivery of digital content has commenced with the consumer's prior express consent before the cancellation period expires.

Your refund request is submitted no earlier than 30 days and no later than 40 days after your purchase date. Requests submitted outside this window — whether before 30 days or after 40 days — will not be considered under any circumstances.
All refund decisions are final once 40 days have elapsed from the date of purchase. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.

Lifetime Access — Account Deactivation Policy

The Lifetime Access plan grants membership to The Linden Method for the lifetime of the member. The following inactivity policy applies exclusively to Lifetime Access memberships:

3-year inactivity: If your account has not been accessed for a continuous period of 3 years, your membership may be deactivated. You will be notified by email before any deactivation takes place.
5-year deletion: If your account remains inactive for a continuous period of 5 years, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

"Accessed" means logging in to your member portal or Circle community account. Contact questions@thelindencentre.org if you believe your account has been incorrectly deactivated.
